Course de NR 33 - Confined Space
Safety at work is the art of preserving life.
Confined Space is defined by Regulatory Standard 33(NR 33) as an area or environment not designed for continuous human occupation, which has limited means of entry and exit, whose existing ventilation is insufficient to remove contaminants or where there may be oxygen deficiency or enrichment. Some examples of confined spaces are gas, sewer and electricity services.
To enter a confined space, the company must provide an authorization for Entry and Work Permit - PET. This permit is required by law and is enforced by the entry supervisor. The course is mandatory for workers, security guards and supervisors working in confined spaces.
Practical classes with scenarios, case studies and others.
